Completed in 2018, this Furniture Gallery and Atrium was designed for Article and is located in Vancouver, BC. The commercial space transforms functionality into art with a full interior design package, including custom millwork, furniture, and styling. A custom felt-clad reception desk anchors the space, while sculptural elements made from square metal tubes and grids add a creative, industrial touch. Modular pods on wheels act as flexible display vignettes, and oversized wall shelves highlight a curated chair collection. The neutral, minimal palette allows the product collection to take center stage, complemented by large-scale botanical installations that bring a fresh, vibrant energy. The result is a spacious, gallery-like environment that is both open and welcoming.
